Instructions for Installing and Using WinZip

1) Begin by downloading winzip from the website
   	a) Click on the link that says Download Winzip Here
	b) A prompt will ask you to open, save, cancel, or more info
	c) click on save 
	d) a new window will appear that has save and cancel buttons 
	e) click the save button to save the winzip installer to the desktop

2) Installing Winzip
	a) double click on the file you just saved to the desktop (winzip81)
	b) a window will prompt you to setup or cancel -- choose setup
	c) another window will appear -- click on OK
	d) with the next window that appears click on Next
	e) click on yes at the license agreement window
	f) another window will appear -- click Next
	g) another window will appear -- you will have two choices
		i) start using winzip wizard
		ii) start using winzip classic
	h) you can click on the little circular button beside those choices
	i) choose winzip classic which is already selected then click Next
	j) on the next window just click Next
	k) then finally on the last window click Finish
 
Congratulations you have just installed WinZip!!
	
3) Using winzip 
	a) after winzip has installed a window will appear that has the tip of the day
	b) there will be a drop down menu in this window -- click the down arrow and 
	   then click on never show tips at start up
	c) click close after you have done that
	d) now you are left with the winzip program window only
	e) from here you will need the business homepage zip file from the web site
	f) This is downloaded much the same way the winzip installer was
	g) Click on the link that says Download business template zip file Here
	h) A prompt will ask you to open, save, cancel, or more info
	i) click on save 
	j) a new window will appear that has save and cancel buttons 
	k) click the save button to save the business template zip file to the desktop
	l) find the business template zip file on your desktop (webfiles.zip)
	m) double click it and then click on I Agree when the window comes up
	n) there will be an assortment of icons at the top of the winzip window
		i) also a listing of the files contained within the zip file will be listed
		ii) they should be biz_01a.htm biz_01b.htm, and TechSpec.doc
	o) click on Extract and a new window will appear
	p) the default extraction folder will be the My Documents folder
	q) click extract again
	r) click the X button in the winzip window to close winzip
	s) from here just go to My Documents and find the files you just extracted
